Mr. Pack founded PCS/partners in 1998 and is the driving force behind
our customer-first approach. Mr. Pack strives to provide value to our
customer and our business partners. He has a great passion for serving
our customers and has successfully built a strong team of professionals
at PCS/partners.

Braswell - Chief Operations Officer

Prior to joining PCS/partners, Mr. Braswell served as President and CEO
of Cellular Solutions from 1993-2003. Cellular Solutions held operations
in four states representing Nextel, Sprint PCS and AT&T Wireless. Mr.
Braswell has a wide array of experience in the cellular business and is
well respected in the wireless industry.

Lowe – Chief Information Officer |

Mr. Lowe has been with the company since 1999. Mr. Lowe provides
tremendous leadership in all aspects of Systems Management and has a
unique background in engineering and computer technology. Mr. Lowe keeps
PCS/partners at the forefront of technology, helping us to be organized
and efficient in how we handle the sales process.

Williams—Company Chaplain |

Mr. Williams provide leadership in developing the PCS/partners staff and
management. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Mr. Williams has
provided training and development programs for companies such as
Motorola, Hewlett-Packard and the Southern Company. Mr. Williams is
passionate about serving our customers and works diligently to train and
equip our employees to do just that.
